last month I was 250, starting at 230 this month its been a challenge to say the least. I've been sticking to my meal plan and I'm noticing difference in how I feel. My pants aren't as tight on my thighs, I feel lighter, and without soda and sugary sweets I'm able to sleep on my own without a sedative. I'm still not ready for social settings. I'm planning on attending a fundraiser on the 19th so I've got a few days to manage I think as long as I keep busy I'll be alright. I'm realizing how much my days were wrapped around eating and with the amount of food I use to eat cutting that back by 75% its a massive amount and now I realize that's what I did to myself over filling my body with unnecessary calories. overall. living differently takes time I just know by the fall I'll be exactly where I want to be.
