I just can't believe it! I actually lost a whole pound yesterday! We even went out to eat. I was tempted to eat Chinese food, but after seeing the fat content and ahving eaten avacado at lunch, I just wouldn't be able to balance my diet. We ended up eating where I knew I could eat healthy. AND I got a margarita. This time I didn't eat the salt, which was hard, but I did it and it paid off! I need to let hubby eat chinese food though, so I will look into eating a lowfat lunch so the we can enjoy the chinese food!
