Looking at what you eat is so yummy, but I've diet all my life from 11 years old now 65. So, keep struggling. I am now very active in swimming, etc, ear 3 meals a day, no snacks but still put weight on. Merry Mel 😍

Morning merry Mel, I love reading your stories so I’m super glad you messaged me.
I doing fasting so only eat between 12-7 and stick to a calorie deflect, so going by my weight to maintain it I need 2400 so in the day I make sure I eat 500 calories less, so 1900. I always tend to plan ahead and yea just look at the calories including drinks.
But I do really finding fasting really helps, and know many people who fast who don’t even count calories and lose weight although I wouldn’t want to try that just yet, I also know that this is my first week so a big drop probably won’t happen again.
