I saw a video that said sugars is not issue. issue is crackers chips pasta white bread... also eating sugar means u won't burn fat and that's why it's bad. it will operate on sugar only...people back in the day did not have much to eat... only last 200years we have plenty of food. so reason being fat is most likely not genetics but lack of self control...just food for thought. also excessive eating is sin which is often downplayed. we should eat stuff which is alive (meaning least heat or chemical damage) as fruits and veggies contain trace micro elements. so definition of food is to build tissues, sustain life, give energy...
I just need to re-evalute my eating habits to make a change.peace y'all

Sugar is a massive issue. It's in everything.. including pasta, crackers, bread, snacks and frozen vegetables. I cut out processed foods, if it came in a box I stopped having it as much, I went from 200g of sugar from the chocolate and junk I ate to 22g its only in fruits that I eat now. I eat vegetables, meat, fruits and nuts and seeds that's my main daily food now

I think there is some self control and eating garbage isn't satiating which means you need to eat more to be satiated. Agree with sticking to real foods, high in protein you are less likely to overeat/binge.

Sugar is always the issue. Your body will always burn sugar as energy before it burns the stored fat. If you don’t put any sugar into it then it must consume the stored fat for energy hence why we then lose weight. This is why we should avoid sugar and high GI (packaged) foods that contain hidden sugars at all costs ☠️

Great views all! Spot on! Ultra high processed and highly palatable foods is the main issue. If haven't seen yet check out 'game changers' on netflix and 'you are what you eat'. Keeps at it
