Try not to do everything at once. Cut out one thing at a time. Consolidate that in a fixed timescale before moving on to the next thing. Start with the easiest bad habit, and give yourself some easy wins to boost your confidence. It can be as simple as taking one sugar instead of two for 2 weeks, then no sugar, then start on the biscuits......etc etc
