The up and down on the scales is pretty soul destroying. I need to release previous weight milestones and simply work on the now.
Am once again losing weight myself while helping hubby who needs to lose weight for an operation, due to occur around September this year.
We are all in, in getting him into the best shape possible b4 Aug/Sep. So far he has lost around 30 kg.
And once again, we have a family weekend, including a BBQ and a day on the river. Fingers crossed 🤞 we can minimise the impact of this Sat and Sun.
