I truly believe in eating this way. But being married to a man who lives to eat sweets and doesn't get fat is not making it easy for me. It's always hard when not everyone in the house is on board with a change in eating. Perhaps a sweet that has less calories, so if you feel the need to indulge when he does you are not overdoing it? I have my ice cream and my son's, but I will get him Candy Klondike Bars, and I get myself fudgesicles, or Skinny Cow, or something like that.
