it seriously makes no difference how good i am or how carefully i eat i always end up staying the same weight. my scales record a drop of body fat but it seems to be fluctuating along the same area. It is so frustrating. i don't know what i'm doing wrong, especially since sophia is dropping pounds seemingly efffortlessly.
