Four more days until my birthday, I can't believe I'm almost 39 and for once I'm not dreading getting older. I am healthier and stronger than I have been in so long that I honestly have so much to look forward to.

The road isn't easy and I've found that the more I want it the stronger my drive to attain it has become. There are often days I have to force myself to work out or to walk but after I'm finished I sit there with a smile on my face and that is priceless!

Calorie counting is a rough road because keeping track and sticking to my goal often leaves me hungry and I hate that. I comfort eat as well so it has taken so much to tell myself no. It will never cease to amaze me how I am my own worst enemy.

Happily I feel my body becoming my friend again and I pray that every one who is on a similar journey can find the strength to succeed. It can and does happen, just stick to it even when it feels like nothing is going right. The reward is so wonderful!

happy almost birthday and enjoy turning 39 because that is a young age you will soon get to my age which is 56 and I can't believe I turned 56 On May 6 but I am very happy to be this age and believe me you learn so much more about yourself the older you get so stick to your diet and stick to your exercise so that you can get the reward at the end I'm doing the same thing I do the stair climbing at work which is easier for me so you have a good Wednesday night stay strong.
