It seems to be a struggle getting back to Elite athlete aesthetics. this time it seems like all the stars are in my favor with the exception of high levels of sexual tension I feel primed to return to high levels of physical activity. this includes looking for a sport to play as well as changing my focus to bodybuilding which is how this all started. I haven't had a gym membership in over a year. and prior to this I joined the gym for about 2 months where before that it had been 2 years since I had a gym membership. I'm going to say I haven't worked out in a gym since 2019. returning to the gym post relapse into sedentary or whatever physical depression I was experiencing is exciting and I don't know what to expect. I'm going through old journals to calculate my macros to see what was working in the past and I'm using Chris geffen's hardcore 8-week video trainer to get started. I really don't know what's next but my fitness is way off. somehow my waist is still 36 but my figure has gone to the bakery. it's now or never.
