Happy Mothers' Day to all, even if your mother is in heaven like mine is. We are hosting a big ribs and fixin's cookout complete with chocolate raspberry cake! Alas, none for me. I don't mind. I am so reminded every moment of my (now slim) life, that it is actually a "holiday" EVERY DAY. I still very much enjoy all sorts of cooking and baking (insert hobby: Extreme Cake Decorator and Sugar-paste Artist). So, everyone embrace today with a little over-indulgence, a lot of love, and keep your eye on the prize...you!
