Ugh had a cup of saurkraut and my sodium intake today is around 4,000mg way too much I'm trying to do better on the sodium...and carbs I have been doing better around 100g-130g of carbs stayed in my weekly calories count with over 300 extra calories left.. just hoping I'm not dehydrated like I was today by 10am I had drank my 4th bottle of water and not urinating it back off there as well as I had been doing I know it is from yesterday 3000mg of sodium and well today didn't help any either...Thank you morticia.
