Diario de Ruvyzvat, 19 ene. 24

the inconsistency in what I'm eating and how I'm moving might be an issue.. I'll stick to my 500 cal Limit, I'll try eating the same things (I don't have control over dinner) no more snacks, no more waking up and going to sleep at random times, I'll work out once a week with my friend, and I'll walk 8,000 every day and stretch my body so it doesn't go out of wack.
93 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 19,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 23 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You need to eat at least 1200cal to keep your body out of starvation mode, more depending on your size. Perhaps that's why you're not losing weight, your body could be clinging onto the Cal's for dear life!

If I was on 500 calories I’d die really would so I can’t say how many calories you should be on you need to work out what a person your age and height needs I’d say you’d need 800-1500
