yes I'm down to 300 now just a pound until I'm outta the 300's I'm so ready for it...Today I go to my new surgeon I'm praying he will go ahead and do my surgery...

Thanks everyone the surgeon said I definitely needed a full knee replacement his only concern was my age of 45yr old so he wanted to try a cortisone shot even though I told him I've had many.of them and they didn't help so I will be calling his office and making a appointment if this shot don't help me like the rest didn't help me.and then he did say if it doesn't help he knows what he needs to do since my knee is at end stage degeneration and with arthritis that had one side bone on bone and the other side is got it under the knee cap with bone spurs on each side of the knee....
