7 weeks to go until the boudoir photoshoot I booked with my best friend. The idea was we'd celebrate ourselves and feel empowered ... all I'm feeling now is nervous! I was going to avoid weighing in until just before so as to not put too much pressure on it but I don't think I'll be able to resist the urge 😅 on the plus side, a 3lb loss is so much better than expected! It's been a bit of an off & on week. I definitely got lucky! Here's to a bit more discipline this week 💪
