Still struggling with gaining weight back on, while having family guests staying on "their holidays" with us. It is so hard to not eat inappropriately over a week long visit that includes 3 or more restaurant, Cafe and cricket visits. I am being gentle with myself, and accepting that I need to still enjoy life, so back to my lighter meal plans when our visitor leaves today.
