ok. back up a bit. I know I fluctuate with any variance in my diet. but that's ok. im assuming is salt and water weight. if not I will get it back off. Things are going amazing in my life so im not letting that little bit of weight get me down. Scott and I went to Eureka Springs for a weekend getaway and he proposed. OMG. so fast but it has taken us 30 years almost to get back to each other. Of course I said yes and now its time to get him moved to Missouri so we are not traveling so much and start planning our life.

Congrats!!!!!! I to fluctuate between 3-5 pounds,and I to believe not to sweat the small stuff,this is a life change not a diet,so if I am doing what I feel is good than I am happy. I am very blessed in love so life will follow. You got this attitude is most of the battle.

Niki the pix have to be online somewhere, if you are using a photo sharring site then after uploading the pic there you will see the link for message boards and forums, then you just copy/paste that here. If you want to post a pic from facebook then you need to first press the mountain with the sun you can see after B I U etc. Then you paste your link of the pic after the first ] so in the middle.
