Diario de Gilliansk, 15 oct. 09

When I started fat secret I had not gotten on the scale yet. I just knew that I had to do something. Today was a little bit of a shocker. It looks like I only have 20lbs to loose to start with. I also did yoga this morning. I have not done yoga in a few weeks and boy did I feel it. I think tomorrow will be my cardio day.
72,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Same here! I was afraid to find out what I weighed. Glad that I did, though. 18lbs for me. We'll get there! :) I've never tried yoga. I'm considering buying a workout video, but I was going more for the aerobics/kickboxing aspect.
