Good Morning! It has been really busy at work and I have not felt like posting lately. Keeping my eye on the ball and learning to relax. Lots of things happening and chances to eat out more. This is a real challenge choosing what to order. I am learning not to freak out and just do the best I can. I have not lost much weight lately and I am trying not to let it bother me. I am 85% successful.

Been really cold here and had some snow yesterday morning. I am not ready for the snow to fly yet but no one asked me first. We saw a big black bear last night coming home from work. The animals are moving which is a sign of winter well got to go. Talk with you all later.

Still ... you are doing so well. Yes the chart appears to have temporarily leveled out but no worries!!! You are actually 100% successful ... you feel better!!! And you look very nice too!!! I have noticed you seem more relaxed and less obsessed ... that is also very positive!! Enjoy!!!

You seem to be maintaining beautifully so your choices must have been pretty good. Keep it up. The animals are moving here in Scotland too but we only get deer, badgers and foxes. I can't imagine what it must be like to see bears - scary. Do they come very close?

No not really. We were in the car and they only come around once in a while. I have from the house seen them go through the property but I think they are more frightened of me than I am of them. On the other hand I have not seen a badger or a fox up close and personal.

Judibird, I know I'm going back in history, but I never asked you what it was like when you went on vacation and saw your sister. I believe you said she had no idea that you had lost all that weight. Did you enjoy surprising her? Anyway, you look great and you make us all proud!

Doit2it. Sorry I have not answered you. I do not always get on my journal everyday. Yes my sister was surprised. She said I looked just like mom which pleased me. We had a great time. Thanks for asking.
