yay all those days I showed a gain or stayed the same and it's went down 👇 the last couple days so don't give up when it seems like your stuck at a number....Glad I didn't give up...Total weight loss from Nov 1St until Dec 1st is 5.6lbs so I'm happy about that...But I've woke up this morning and no bottle water in the house we don't drink the tap water here it's awful enough to bath in so drinking and cooking is a no go ...Took a couple drinks of the cold big red my hubby drink and eew its so sugary...
I don't even want this thing eew 1am and cold as heck outside I may have to get out and go get a cold water, im not sure how much of this bottle big red I can handle....
knee surgery appt is Dec 6th and I'm ready hopefully the surgeon will ho ahead and schedule my surgery now with me loosing the weight he wanted me to before the surgery..keep me in your prayers that I can get it done asap I'm not one who likes to go the surgery route but after one failed surgery and years of not being able to stand and walk very far I'm just ready for it hopefully its fixed after this surgery and I can walk Normal again on my left knee/leg...

I'm debating on waking my hubby up and see if he will go to the store for me,I feel bad enough that he does most of the cooking and cleaning and groc shopping as it is I don't want to interfere with him sleeping, eeew I forgot how nasty and surgery pop is, ....

Ugh drank a little over half the big red and couldn't do it nomore I did find one bottle of hot water currently drinking it.wish I would have found it first I don't know how I used to drink so much Mt dew daily, maybe it's just that I haven't been drinking pop except very rarely if I get a caffeine headache I'll drink a few drinks of my hubby's usually not even that though I've gotten to love Dasani water it's my favorite water....

Also my sodium intake last week was 26,000mg way too high and this week so far only 14,000 so I'm sure that's part of the reason I felt bloated last week and scale didn't move much or went up due to the high sodium level...

High sodium will do that, and yes, your taste buds normalize after going without super sweet sugary drinks and when you drink one after a few months, it really tastes awful. I have also noticed that eating out...whether cooked in a restaurant or a fast food joint, I can taste the salt in the foods, it is excessive!
