yay this is more like it almost back to 309 which I was about 4-5days ago. slept 6hrs Last night. funeral is today for my hubby's cousin. keep us in your prayers and thoughts..

I'm sorry you can't get more sleep. It's a problem for me too. Funerals are tough and yes I am praying for you, your hubby, and the whole family. Love to you.

Thank you so much snowhite for your prayers and thoughts and support I'm hoping I can start getting better sleep, but I think part of the reason I am not sleeping well is I'm going through menopause this is the 2nd mo now with out no menstrual cycle which I am so happy and excited about that not being there so far the hot flashes and night sweats are a little bit better than what they used to be I've been in early menopause for at least a couple years now. Even though I take (3) melatonin 10mg capsules to help me sleep I still only average about 4-5hours most of the time. I love you sweetheart and am keeping you and your husband in my prayers 🙏🙏 always...
