Having a slow day today. I did some house work but didn't have much of an appetite. I did make a big dinner to compensate, but I still watched my points value and serving sizes. Been doing weight watchers for 3 weeks and have lost 2 lbs. I didn't count the first 7 days since I was pms-ing. Hope this week is well.
