I struggled with getting my wife to understand small portions too. I put the foot down and showed her what was Keto foods, went shopping for only those items and showed her how everything needs to be weighed and logged with this app. Yep a total pain in the a$*. I'm now preparing/cooking my own meals now as she finds it too challenging to weigh and calorie check. The only sweet things I allow myself is 180ml cups of coffee, milk and sugar. Thawed frozen raspberries with greek yoghurt and Bulla icecreams do a Frozen Yoghurt which comes in at 70 calories. And I only treat myself once a week if that. it's all going to come down to your drive to achieve your goal. I get it is tough to keep that in focus when other things in your life are bothering you. keep strong at it and take care of yourself
