Diario de Nikihampton, 02 abr. 15

i didn't log my weight yesterday but it was up a bit. no idea why. but today I held steady. No idea why there either bc I was really bad yesterday. I expected it to go up. lol. I ate tater tots with cheese - just a few. I ate a donut (oh my word.) its been so long. I took a nap at lunch yesterday instead of grabbing lunch. some evil conspirisist brought donuts to work so I inhaled it. then last night my son made his girl carrot cake so that's what I ate for dinner. I am so going to pay for yesterday but it was all so good. I didn't go overboard with any one of these items. all in moderation. but that many moderations in one day is not the best choice. Have a happy day yall. weekend is almost here. :)

That is really okay you can eat stuff as long as you don't key word Go Overboard, that is eating in the real world for most of us. And yes I had a donut last Saturday actually a Blueberry Fritter and it melted in my mouth but that was the first one in a couple of months. just like I see a dairy queen blizzard in my future at some point, I just don't want it now but soon . Have a great day yourself and do all the stairs at work for lunch if your feeling a little guilty ;)

funny, no stairs here. I which. a park is not far away so may hit the trail. I love ice cream but even better is pineapple whip. its only here is the summer and is only 125 cal a cup. its frozen juices. so yummy and one of my favorites. I cant wait.

I actually have pineapple in my fridge. Can't wait for some real sweet watermelons :)
