As far as I could work out, there is no replying. Only the ability to make another comment. Good work on losing the kg's. if you are interested when you get yourself into a better place, post a comment and I'll be happy to share some of the info I have dug up about a Keto diet and how it works for 10 weeks of a 600 cal, then 1200 cal intake per day. On top of a 16/8 fasting. Please, don't feel obligated to if you don't want to. Keep on with your shakes if they are doing it for you. Take care of yourself
