Today is the last day of an Optifast shake based very low calorie diet. My husband has lost 27 kilo since June, and today, we find out if he needs an operation, that he now is able to have, as his BMI is 35, not 40.
So, from now on, it will be harder, as we both need to learn a healthier way to cook, portion control and less going out for meals. Our love of restaurants is not healthy and we must choose healthy options these days.
