It happens my love could be water retention xxx 

I unfortunately think its hand to mouth, I am rejigging my eating, as I am becoming obsessed with eating. Back to keto on Tuesday and hopefully no more carb cravings. Looking forward to getting back to familiar territory x 

Good luck with the low carb keto diet …. Unfortunately didn’t work for me found the best way to control my eating was fasting now food window isn’t too long so one meal & snack I love food that’s my problem 

Haha me too, eating is a pleasure unfortunately. I tried IF and failed miserably, but once settled back on keto I might try again to help cleanse my system. 

Hi Lorneylorna, truly sorry to hear your mother died it's sad. My mother died young due to too much smoking and lung cancer went to her brain she was 47 I still miss her she was the best mother in the world. As well as yours of course. Be happy and brave remember your Mum is still with you and always will be she shines down on you everyday. Have you your Dad? My died died too when I was 20 months old so Don't remember him but lots of good stories have been told to me so I am not sad. Ending on a happier note we have each other and loads of people on here will support you too. Love Merry Mel 🤩  

Thank you Mel for your thoughtful words. I lost my mother last Christmas after caring for her for the last 11+ years, she was 86, so a good age and a wonderful mother. I miss her terribly, but have many fantastic memories to draw on. I lost my father nearly 10 years ago, so I no longer have my parents with me physically. I am so sorry to read that you lost your parents so young, that is a lot to carry with you. The FS community is wonderful, I am not a frequent poster, but still like to read and share in everyone's news and achievements. It has certainly pulled me through some wobbly moments.
