This weight is stubborn. Big no's at first and now stuck around the 122.
I will have to record my weight as the fraction of the whole. The previous weighs might have been plus ,2 or ,4.
I jumped on the scale multiple times as a $20 scale is only so accurate. Step on from the right foot often yields different no's to stepping on left.
I did see a 121.4 come up that way but I decided to take an average of multiple weighs.

I have lost noticeable weight around my legs, face and waist. A little off the sides. my belly, which I know will be the last doesn't seemed to have changed. Well sort of, I can see parts of me that I couldn't without difficulty before embarking on this wicked diet(if you catch my drift🥹)

I don’t know why, but I reckon (there must be a scientific explanation) that I seem to lose weight in bursts. Then the body seems to want to stabilise/plateau. It gets used to the calorie reduction and extra energy and just wants to keep you at a stable weight. So weight loss appears to plateau, even tho you have reduced calories and are exercising the same. So Then you really have to amp it up again for the next burst of weight loss. (Does anyone else experience this?) For me what is working is to set a very reasonable amount to lose per month. (Like 2-4kg?) Go hard at start or end of each month. You will lose the 2-4kg going hard but then give your body the rest of that month to stabilise and get used to the new energy in: energy out ratio. Then go for the burn (by reducing calories, more excersise, a few fasting days) and you drop a bit more. If you keep your program set to slow like this I have found it’s easier to keep it off, and gives your body a chance to reset and adjust rather than just being constantly starving and feeling like shit. Keep up your exercise, whatever you can manage at first, and as you gather more fitness amp it up slightly each month. In short, don’t worry if you plateau, it’s just your body trying to reset itself. Keep at it and amp it up once a month and youl lose the weight bit by bit. Also going slow gives the skin a chance to shrink too. At the beginning (in 2021) I lost 8kg really fast and had loose skin on belly. It’s taken 1.5 years to completely shrink the extra belly skin, and it’s taken me this long too to really get my head around being comitted, (with a few relapses here and there). So be patient and stick at it. This really is a long game, It takes *years* to build a new body and break old habits. Wish you all the best !!

Hi LowCaloryMallory, your reply on observations of weight loss and plateauing seems to have a lot of credit to it. Great inspirational read to not lose sight of the big picture. To not worry the weight won't move as it will on time, so long as I keep sticking to what I'm doing. Thankfully another 3 weeks of 600 cal a day Keto, 16 hrs fasting and then I can move up to 1200 cal a day.
