Well, what a weekend. Did some thinking based on the fact that my weight had suddenly kicked up to 199, so over the weekend I fixed a car :) and reassessed my diet and exercise need to get back to where I want to be so I figures I would just do a clean start on here as well. so it will only say I need to lose 11.4 pounds but in truth if I don't get there I am okay as long as I maintain about 189-192 I am cool with. After todays work out of Cardio resistance on my Lifetrack (like a fitbit)
