You are making good progress. I try not to give myself timed goals, because bodies are erratic and always tend toward plateaus. Just stick to your plan and sometimes you'll get fast results, and sometimes it will slow down. Unless, I'm water fasting, I can't really predict how fast I'll lose. (and even then there's regain).

Thank you everyone I have went from a 4x shirt down to a 3x and some 2x fit me and from the size 26jeans to size 24 so far and I won't stop until I reach my goal which is going to take a while but I can and will do it... Thank you for your help and support
