Two days of a tummy bug but I will take it as a loss, fool I am I kept eating for the first 24 hours but almost starved all day yesterday then went to cross fit because I felt fine apart from the last bout at 3pm but I had starved since lunch. Rewarded today with the lightest I have been in about 3 years. Billy idol next week woop woop I can dace by my self in a smaller dress! Nga mihi na Tamzin
