Diario de Ruvyzvat, 13 sep. 23

I don't know why I gained. I've been eating 1000 calories on average, usually omad, I've been trying to walk and some days I even get to 8,000 steps. it's hard to find motivation when you're depressed, but I'm trying, and I don't know what I'm doing that's gaining weight, because realistically I should be losing. I'm hoping it's just a "weight fluctuates" thing, but I gained 0.8 over 2 days, eating 1170 on day 1, and 1265 on day 2.. I don't know, maybe my body is just messed up.

Hi Ruvyzvat, I know it can be hard to keep going when you feel your putting in all the effort and not seeing the results. Sometimes you hit a plataue and then the following week you see better results. My suggestion would be to review what your eating that it's not higher carbs as opposed to protein. I have been on quite a few weight loss regimes over the years, some with professional help and when I hit a wall and weight didn't budge I went on protein only for 3-5 days to kick start it again, with vegetable soups which are nutritious but low calorie to help fill me up. Keeping your water I take up is important too. Don't allow this to get you down, little steps are still steps forward towards your goal.
