I am struggling..despite the fact that I have lost weight this week. I am pushing myself to do more activities..been doing a lot of Spring cleaning..I know that helped with the loss this week. Lord help me step back from the bad habits of what I have been eating this last weekend...

Hang in there Rosey! You are in my prayers. I am sure that the rest of your Christian sisters on here are will be praying too. :) I just watched the Dr. Oz show today, and it was very good. He spoke on Carbs! I hope that you can record it, or find it on line. It was very good I think probably most of us who are suffering with our Carbs in our diets.
