I'm feeling really bad about this gain. I've been fluish and depressed over the past few days and lost discipline. I hope I can heal swiftly and pick up the pieces to try to shed these kgs again. I purchased all the items needed for healthy eating in the upcoming week, but will I stick to my guns and actually prep it? Im thinking of journaling every meal so that I can feel accountable somewhere. Let's try our best 26.7 kgs to go to reach a healthy BMI...
