Positivity brought back by fantastic roadtrip to Portsmouth kite festival - despite bad weather last week it was fantastic! buzzing all around for a week after - so little you need to be happy 😁 Harder than usual workweek though recharge from the seaside aided resistance and seems bounced me back to normal. pijana Saturday, rain sleep, less food and, despite lazy living, weight dropped down to what it was achieved. Balanced. but in need of physical activities now - feel like muscles ask for work. ... though favourite stretches seems to be an effort. in need of willpower now.😜
