I was sick most of January & gained a lb. grrrr got fed up again & pretty much ate anything I felt like eating. then last week I went on vacation and got my groove & conviction back, plus LOST weight. back in the game again.

80,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 80,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
