Weight always jumps up and down but this is the lowest point so far. Always weigh under the same conditions—morning, before breakfast, after full wc. Otherwise you’ll see extra couples of kg every now and then, which is normal. But you don’t need these tiny portions of stress 😉

Good day, Eng.‘Mohamed’. Thank you for sharing. I’m following a nutritionist’s and a fitness trainer’s advices. The plan I’m having right now is the most accurate for my completion and lifestyle. Currently, I’m walking a thin line and balancing minimum allowed kcal for me without risk of malnutrition, plus combining it with strength training. I agree that eating habits must be regulated for indefinite time. I know and made myself ready that this does not happen overnight and requires time.
