I stopped doing my routine before the holidays and packed 10 pounds on. Now that we're going into 2nd quarter, I thought I'd better get serious. So I hired a Self Mastery Coach to help me. Frankly, I am in a place where its easy for me to have zero accountability. I live alone and own my own business so there's no one I'm accountable too but myself, and no one really to encourage me when I am doing well, or call me out when I slip.
So I hired me some accountability. I report to my coach daily on my exercise and nutrition. She's also working with me on a sub conscious level using affirmations and visualization exercises about the life I love (meaning envisioning the life I want to have). Here's what I repeated while on the elliptical machine this morning, over and over "I am a fit, healthy, strong woman. I deserve abundance and I accept it now".
