" What seeds of thought are you planting in your Souls Garden?" Great question from my friend Diana's journal. Well, I am liking the fast five approach as this is day three and I am feeling I am making better choices and keeping my focus. It feels good to make the clear choice.

"Thats me all over" for awhile I felt like the scarecrow from the wizard of Oz... picking up the pieces and putting myself back together...scattered at times..juggling the things life has to offer and throw at you is a skill for sure.

That is a good analogy for a chaotic life. It plays havoc with trying to control what we eat. Glad you are feeling more focused these days! :)

Hi Lisa! Your friend Diana poses an excellent question. I need to ask myself what seeds I'm planting everyday. We reap what we sow and I want to have an abundant harvest of all things positive in my garden. If I don't plant well, I will indeed be the Scarecrow too. Thank you Lisa!

Lisa hope all is well with you and you are staying on track better than me. I am really behind in reading journals so I will have lots of catching up to do next week when I have my trial run of being a housewife. lol
