No formal exercise today. However, over the last few days we have had some strong thunderstorms, wind and saturating hard rains. During the last storm, the winds blew off a very large limb one of trees, and it blocked our driveway. Today, my wife and I cut up the limb. it took about 2.5 hours of labor for each of us. So, I did get my exercise in, just in a different form. For dinner, my wife made an absolutely delicious sesame-ginger scallops, vegetables, and rice dish. It can be made with fettuccine. And, it only has about 400 calories. It was certainly worth the labor on the tree. Hope all have had a great week. Everyone keep focusing, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight.
