Head is still foggy at times. I think that happens when my dad pops into my thoughts & concentration becomes difficult. My new job started, and I haven't time to pee or eat half the time. I'm thinking the 5:2 diet may work well with this job & my mom jobs that I've to sort too. I have noticed I'm thirstier, more than usual. I've a feeling that is to do with the ac in the building where I work. My husband is a lifesaver. He's carrying extra at home (housework wise) to help me adjust to my new job. Plus, he's aware of my depression & doesn't want me to feel overwhelmed. I feel blessed having him by my side. Now all I need is for my 2 teens to get the finger out... dream on, me!!! 🙈
