home scale and am I am really proud of myself yesterday at Walmart in was able to walk around a little bit and not have to use the cart I hate having to use the little carts to get around it I feel so old but I did walk down a couple aisles before my knee started in hurting me. gonna keep trying to walk around each time I go to Walmart and hopefully I'll be able to walk around good after my knee surgery and after I loose more weight.
