Ok, I'm going to be starting my Spike diet today! Very excited, I had a "last meal" type of weekend and I'm ready to hit the gym today and do some weight training. I HATE cardio, so I'm glad this program includes alot more weight lifting. I'm a little girl but I enjoy to lift and see the transformation in muscle tone, especially in my arms! Before I slipped up a few months back I was hitting the gym 6 days a week and getting really toned, my bat wings went away completely! And I loved when I could do more pull ups than the GUY next to me! It's a great feeling especially for a woman to know that you are stronger than some of the men at the gym but you don't look like one of those weird muscle woman freaks... lol... well, wish me luck!
