Ok, back off a hiatus. As expected, gained weight. In all honesty I thought it would be worse. Back on the horse today, my expectation is that my weight loss will accelerate once spring is back and I can get to spend more time outside. Also, I am aware that my employer is trying to negotiate with a gym located downstairs, I hope to join it and start to add that to my morning routine.
Anyway, back and ready to roll...
