I cut enough calories monday through Thursday to drop .75 lbs of fat. but the scale dropped 6 lbs during that time...lots of water weight (salt) and extra food volume weight from the heavy birthday weekend eating. experiment complete lol I'm done with the scale for at least a month good riddance 🤪
