Argh. The weekend goal was to weigh less Monday than on Friday. I weigh exactly the same. At least it wasn't a net gain.

Goals for today: Eat healthy foods, not too much, no carbs, get some exercise.

83,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
