Diario de Fledgist, 20 jul. 11

Down another three-quarter-pound. Yesterday I did 47 minutes at the gym. Monday I did half an hour. A long way to go still, but I am seeing some positive results.

Wow, made it into the green!

O, I came to Napper Tandy, and he took me by the hand
And he said "How's poor oul' Ireland, and how does she stand?"
"She's the most distressful country that ever yet was seen
They are killin' men and women for the wearin' o' the green!"


In this case, I am rejoicing at "the wearin' o' the green". I'm moving into the last lap of this journey.
93,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 59,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
