Diario de skinnygirl130, 18 feb. 11

I have finally passed the dreaded 142!!!!! I am 139 1/2 and I can't believe it. I thought for sure I would have gained or stayed the same and the scale moved down. Almost an entire year trying to get passed that number and it has been such a challange to stay with it.
I have to say thank you to all my buddies who have been there helping me all the way! I don't know if I would have stuck to it if I had not found fs.
Now is the time to really stick with it and not lose focus, I just need to keep this going and not get to stressed.
The last week I have been doing workouts in the morning before I eat and one more workout in the afternoon. I have not made them so extreme as I have before just 30 to 60 min of cardio in the morning and my new favorite workout Juliian Michaels Yoga Meltdown. I rally like this because it's strength training with pulsing in and out of the move to creat some cario and I love it.
Sorry to ramble on I am just so excited to be in the 130's even if it is at the top 130's.

Great job! I've had the same issues as you- I just want to get past 140!! Today the scale went from 139 and then to 140.4... so close! Thank you for inspiring me!
