Not sure why I've bumped up. I've stayed on track, dietwise, but I haven't been getting much sleep the last few days. Perhaps excess stress is causing me to gain? I will do a protein day today, but I'm leaving on a business trip so I won't be able to see the results until Sunday.

I've also wondered about the sleep issue, I know that stress can play into weight gain. Studies have been done that indicate lack of sleep contributes to obesity, I don't know anything about the science behind it though. Hbkim - short term fluctuations are common and could be due to many factors. Our weight loss is seldom just a straight line down even if we're doing all the right things. Your progress is very good, congrats!
