The app for my scale says I've lost about 12lbs in 90 days. I credit this to weighing almost all food on a scale, reducing portions of cereal, eliminating potatoes for now, and trying to keep protein above 20%, fat below 30%. I think being inflation broke has really helped my diet because there's no money for junk food, no money for chocolate or desserts.
